Seckou has been nominated in two categories in the 2016 Songlines Music Awards: ‘Best Artist’ and ‘Africa and Middle East’.
The winners are due to be announced in the next edition of Songlines Magazine which will be out in early June. A compilation album, featuring 19 of the nominated artists in the five geographical categories, is available on CD via Amazon.
